Terms of service

These terms describe use of osu!ReqTrac, an independent desktop application developed by SEApodEErman for tracking osu! requests. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Software license

osu!ReqTrac is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. That license governs your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software. These terms do not reduce those rights.

Your workspace and content

You remain responsible for the content you enter, import, or publish, and for having permission to share other people's information. Keep backups of data you want to retain. Do not use the app to break the law, infringe another person's rights, or misuse a connected service.

Google Sheets publishing

Google connection is optional. When you authorize access and choose to publish or sync, the app creates or updates an export spreadsheet in your Google Drive and enables anyone with the link to view it. Exported osu! request notes and other request details may become visible to anyone who receives the link.

Check your content before publishing. Sync can overwrite the app's exported ranges, so keep a separate copy of manual edits you want to preserve. Disconnecting in ReqTrac does not delete the spreadsheet, change its sharing permissions, or revoke authorization in your Google Account. Manage those separately through Google.

The privacy policy explains what data the app accesses and shares, where it is stored, and how to disconnect or delete it.

Third-party services

Connected features depend on services such as osu!, Google, and GitHub. Their terms, account requirements, limits, and availability apply. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, osu!, or ppy. Connecting a service does not guarantee that it will remain available.

Availability and responsibility

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” with the warranty disclaimer and liability limitations set out in the MIT License, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Features may change, and errors or service interruptions can occur. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and contact

Future changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. You can stop using the app and disconnect optional services at any time. For support or privacy questions, email [email protected].
