osu!ReqTrac

A calmer way to track mapping requests.

I built osu!ReqTrac to keep hitsounds, guest difficulties, storyboards, and other requests in one place. Each request keeps its beatmap details, status, priority, deadline, notes, and categories close at hand.

It's a desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Your workspace is stored on your computer. You can start with manual requests, connect osu! for beatmap details, and import an existing spreadsheet when you're ready.

Publish a request list with Google Sheets

Connecting Google Drive is optional. When you choose to publish, ReqTrac creates a formatted spreadsheet in your own Drive, with a dashboard and category tabs. Use Sync now to update it from your workspace.

Anyone with the link can view the exported sheet. It can include your osu! request notes, deadlines, priorities, tags, beatmap details, and requester statistics. Manual requests are excluded. Check what you have written before publishing.

Google authorization lets the app create and update its export spreadsheet and set its sharing permissions. The export goes directly from the app on your computer to Google. Disconnecting in the app clears the saved connection, but the spreadsheet stays in Drive with its existing sharing settings.

Read the privacy policy for data handling, permissions, and how to revoke access or remove a published sheet.
